If you are experiencing trouble with your tablet, refer to the following suggestions.

Solutions to Common Problems
Problem Suggested Troubleshooting
The Tablet does not respond when
turning on the system.
Check that the AC/DC power adapter kit is
properly connected or that the battery is charged.
Verify the AC power source is functioning.
Tablet does not respond with charged
battery or AC/DC power adapter kit
connected
Remove the battery, wait 1 minute, reinstall
battery, and try again.
Monitor display is blank.
If the Power Status LED is blinking, the tablet may
be in SLEEP mode. Press the power button to
see if the image reappears.
