Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Statement
You are cautioned that changes or modifications not expressly approved
by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to
operate the equipment.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a
Class B digital Tablet, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC rules. These limits
are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses
and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to
radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference
will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause
harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be
determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged
to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following
measures:
• -Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
• -Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
• -Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to
which the receiver is connected.
• -Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
This Tablet complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject
to the following two conditions:
1. This Tablet may not cause harmful interference, and
2. This Tablet must accept any interference received, including
interference that may cause undesired operation of the Tablet.
FCC RF Radiation Exposure Statement:
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for
an uncontrolled environment. End users must follow the specific
operating instructions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This
transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any
other antenna or transmitter.
Operating System Notice
This A7+ unit ships with the Android 2.2 "Froyo" operating system
preinstalled. The OS software cannot be upgraded. Stream TV
Networks provides regular firmware updates on its website at
www.elocitynow.com
. These firmware updates maximize the unit's
performance within the Android 2.2 Operating System.
Third Party Applications
Links to the Appoke, Getjar and Soc.io Mall stores have been pre-
installed for your convenience as a means to access potential apps for
your tablet. Please note that these stores contain apps that have been
created for a wide variety of devices with different processing speeds
and screen sizes. While some popular apps like Angry Birds perform
perfectly, not all apps available in these stores have been optimized for
the A7+. There is no guarantee that any third party app will install
correctly, run with optimized performance, or function at all.
Support for Third Party Applications
We regret that our customer service center (phone and email/web
submissions) is unable to support questions related to third party
applications unless they have come pre-installed on the tablet.
For questions related to applications that were not pre-installed, there is
some limited information in the FAQ Section of our website. Just go to

and user groups that may have answers.
