It can be in any position but before any such use, the operator must be in a secure position having a firm grip and footing and be aware that the tool can develop a torque reaction. EMAX will repair or replace; at their discretion any defective part or unit which proves to be defective. This warranty does not cover incidental/consequential damages and failures due to misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear. Any modification, repair or repair attempts not authorized are not covered under this warranty.
