Emax Industrial Piston Compressor Series provides you with the performance and
quality you need without the big price tag of the Premium models.
We have designed our pumps to our last them all to give you the reliability that no matter what job you
are doing this pump will last. Our pumps are ALL solid cast iron,, from the cylinder, cylinder heads,
crankcase, flywheel , crank and forged steel connecting rods - not aluminum! 99% of the pumps you see
on the market today have aluminum rods. Our pumps have twin belts, this ensures better belt grip and
longer belt life. These pumps have head unloaders which are great for continuous run and gas drives that
have high duty cycles. We run our pumps at low RPM’s producing a quite, cooler longer lasting pump!
These units feature, Drain Valve, Premium Name Brand motor, high quality ¾” Ball
valve, 13 Gauge Steel Belt Guard, Black Matte Finish ASME Certified tank Magnetic
starter on the 7.5-10hp models, and condor switch on the 5hp models. Although these
units don’t have premium features like auto drain or continuous run, these features
can be added later on if it is desired.
Emax Compressor has the best warranty in the industry! This is a bumper to bumper
warranty, not a Pro-rated warranty. Your motor will have a 3 year manufactures
warranty as well. We carry a full line of new replacement parts. All we ask is that you
use our oil to ensure the correct oil with the specs needed is being used.
