Changing the Site’s View
A site can view the video of any other site or the Chair, no matter who has the floor.
This selection does not affect the display at the sites, who see the possessor of the
floor (unless another HD3000/2000 site also uses this function).
In this situation, a SoftKey is available for viewing the floor again.
³ To view the video of any site in the conference
1. Select the name of the site whose video you want to see.
³ To return to the video of the site who has the floor
2. Press the green VIEW SITE SoftKey.
T Press the blue VIEW FLOOR SoftKey.
Press the green SoftKey to view the video of the selected site.
Press the blue SoftKey to view the floor video.
