5.) Press the or CLOCK SET button once more to enter the turn-on time in
the memory.
The TIMER ON indicator stops flashing and
remains ‘On’.
The display returns to the correct time, the
TUNER display, the CD display or the AUX
display.
Turn the power ‘Off’ to standby mode.
At the selected ‘On’ time the system will turn on
automatically to the last function selected, either
TUNER or CD.
The TIMER ON indicator flashes in the display
It will play for one hour and then shut off automatically.
Note: If the system turns on to CD function it will only play until the end of the
disc and then stop.
• As long as the TIMER ON indicator remains in the display the timer will turn the
system on every day at the same time.
• To deactivate the timer press and hold the button on front panel or SLEEP/
TIMER ON button on remote control for at least 3 seconds until the TIMER
ON indicator disappears from the display.
• To reactivate the timer press and hold the button on front panel or SLEEP/
TIMER ON button on remote control for at least 3 seconds until the TIMER
ON indicator reappears in the display.
