Regulator is not adjusted correctly for accessory being
used
It is normal for some pressure drop to occur when an acces-
sory is used, adjust the regulator as instructed in Regulator
under Features if pressure drop is excessive.
NOTE:
Adjust the regulated pressure under flow conditions
while accessory is being used.

Damaged regulator Replace.

Detergent type oil being used in pump Drain oil and refill pump with E

compressor oil.

Extremely light duty cycles Run unit for longer duty cycles. It is recommended that a
50%-75% average duty cycle be maintained; that is, the air
compressor pump should not run more than 30-45 minutes
in any given hour.

and push knob in to lock in place.
