Note: The correct port must have been forwarded to your camera to be able to access
the camera using the DDNS function!
6.0 Recording the video stream
It is possible to record the video stream of the camera. Use the following steps to
record the camera’s images:
Note: If you are using Internet Explorer, you will be able to view and record from 16
camera’s simultaneously. Other web browsers such as using Firefox or Chrome will
only be able to record from one camera.
1. Double-click the ‘IP Camera Tool’ icon which is located on your desktop.
2. If correct, the name of the camera and IP-Address will be shown, as shown in
the following image:

3. Double-click the name and IP-Address rule.
4. A username and password will be asked. The default* username and password
are:
• Username: admin (*If you have changed the username/password you need
to use the changed username/password)
• Password: admin (*If you have changed the username/password you need to
use the changed username/password)
5. Click ‘Login’.
6. Click ‘For Administrator’
7. Click ‘For Administrator’.
8. Click ‘User Settings’, after which the following image will be displayed:
