Philips Semiconductors Product specification Silicon temperature sensors KTY83 series DESCRIPTION k a XXX The temperature sensors in the KTY83-1 series have a positive temperature coefficient of resistance and are suitable for use in measurement and control systems. The sensors are encapsulated in the SOD68 (DO-34) package. MGU220 Tolerances of 0.5% or other special selections are available on request. The black band indicates the negative connection. The marking provides type identity.
