Warranty
» This limited warranty does not restrict your statutory rights in any way.
» The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase.
» You can certify your purchase date either by the original Invoice/Receipt,
or by the registration code.
» For Product Registration, please visit us at www.emomotech.com
» Product serial Number is on page 2.
» The warranty is limited to the repair of the faulty audio device. The
warranty does not cover any transport or other direct/indirect costs or any
risks associated with removing/dismounting, transporting, and installing
the products.
» It does not apply:
●The warranty will lose its effectiveness if it is misused and not used the
original device, such as iPhone/iPod/iPad released by Apple.
● to damage due to inexpertly carried out installation, incorrect connection,
or incorrect packing.
● to damage attributed to utilisation not specified in the operating
instructions, to negligence or modification, or to the use of parts that have
not been manufactured or approved by eMoMo.
● to damage due to faulty or unsuitable peripheral devices.
●to damage caused by accidents, lighting, water, fire, heat, war, civil
unrest, or other events beyond the control of eMoMo and its distribution
partners.
● to products whose serial numbers have been altered, deleted, removed,
or rendered illegible.
● if repairs or modifications have been performed by unauthorised
persons.
