– Did you remember to include the area code even for a local call?

– Check to make sure your SIM card is correctly inserted!
– Gold contacts on the bottom? Clipped corner back left?
– Remove SIM card and insert it again.

Your phone is in energy saving mode and has turned off the display
(you can receive calls), press
- the display will come on again.
The phone may be switched off (press and hold the
key on the
left-hand side of the mobile phone for 2 seconds to switch it back on).

The device is switched on, you hear key tones,
but can’t see anything on the screen.
The screen may be broken – have device serviced.

Remove the battery pack, insert it again, and switch the device on.
