3. USAGE
3.1 Battery-saving mode and locking the screen
If you don't use your phone for a certain period of
time, thescreen will switch to battery-saving mode
and go black. You can reactivate the screen by
pressing the on/o button briey.
Locking the screen can also protect your phone from
unintentional input on the touchscreen.
› Locking the screen manually
• Press the on/obutton briey.
• The screen will go black and lock,and the phone
will beep. Thescreen is now protected from any
unintentional input.
› Setting the screen to lock automatically
In Settings – Security settings – Screen lock, you
can choose fromthe following types of screen lock:
None, Swipe, PIN (Enter a code of your own that you
would like to protect your phone with.)
