8.1 Warranty
Your 24-month warranty period (6 months for the battery and
accessories) begins when the device is handed over to you. You must
be able to verify the time of the handover by providing us with the
original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) with the phone's
IMEI number on. Keep these documents in a safe place.
Any work or service provided under the warranty will be provided in
accordance with the warranty terms and conditions in place at the
time of your purchase. The warranty is only valid if original batteries
supplied by emporia have been used. To the maximum extent
permitted by applicable law, emporia is under no circumstances
responsible for the following situations:
• Any loss of data or income
• Any special, incidental, consequential or indirect damage, regardless
of how thedamage has been caused.
