(9) Use of OTA software staging and log offload. By default these functions are enabled.
These functions allow fast upgrade and periodic log offload for trouble shooting.
(10) External modem parameters specify whether an IF switch is installed and which sources
control the modem mode (internal/external). If a descrete is selected to control the modem
mode, the polarity should also be selected.
