Question 7. Why I can’t nd my les stored on HDD or other devices?
Answer:
1. Only les supported by movie cube will be displayed on the menu.The machine can only see the le that it can support the le’s
format, if the format of the le in the device is not supported by the machine, then the machine will prompt «no playable le»;
2. Plug out the USB device cable directly from PC ,Files on NTFS partition can’t been recognized,and is unvisible on the menu.
Please remove the equipment step by step ,no abnormal process.
3. Several seconds is needed for the movie cube to load built-in HDD, there will be a notication “no playable le” displayed on the
main menu before HDD been loaded successfully ,please be patient to wait .
Question 8. Why record or timeshift function is unavailable ?
Answer:
1. Both record and timeshift function only can be used on FAT32 partition on the built-in hard disk. So if you want to use record or
timeshift function,please make sure there is a FAT32 partition on the built-in hard disk. In addition, select the FAT32 partition as
the PVR DEVICE in DTV setup menu.
2. Check whether there is enough space left on the built-in hard disk .
Question 9. Why there is no sound through the Sound Box or the Earphone?
Answer:
1. Make sure the audio encode is supported by the machine
2. If the program source is VGA IN, the machine is silent
Question 10. Why there is no image on-screen?
Answer:
1. Make sureall the cables and power adapterare correctly connected.
2. Make sure the connectors are not crooked or broken.
3. Make sure the lens cap is removed and the projector is powered on.
Question 11. How to focus the image?
Answer:
1. Make sure the Lens cap is removed.
2. Adjusts the Focus Ring on the projector lens.
3. Make sure to the distance more than 20cm
