Mode Selection
Press repeatedly to cycle through the following preset modes: Twinkle, Multi-Fade, Christmas,
St. Patrick’s Day, Fourth of July, Fall, Spring and Multi-Color.
Timer Selection
Choose either 2hr or 4hr to turn the café lights OFF after the chosen time.
NOTE: When turned OFF and ON again, your Bistro lights will return to the last mode and/or
color scheme used.
INSTALLING MULTIPLE SETS
Extend the length of your lights by connecting more than one strand together to form one continuous
string up to 750ft! Follow the above installation steps and make sure the connections between strands are

Step 4 - REMOVING THE BISTRO LIGHTS
1 - Always unplug the Bistro lights from power prior to uninstalling
2 - Carefully remove each light individually from the mounting hardware.
NOTE: For your safety, never pull or jerk lights from mounting hardware.
3 - Store lights in a dry location.
Congratulations on your recent purchase of Enbrighten® Color-Changing Bistro
Lights! These lights are designed to provide lighting for life with no bulbs to replace.
Combine with additional sets to form one continuous string up to 750ft.
IMPORTANT: Before installation, please read all the warning statements included at the bottom of
these instructions
In order to ensure proper installation, please follow each step below:
INITIAL SETUP
1 - Carefully unpack the Bistro lights from box and remove the wire ties.
2 - When installing outside, a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) should be used (not included).
Before installing, plug the lights into the GFCI receptacle to ensure all lights work properly.
IMPORTANT: Unplug the Bistro Lights prior to mounting.
INSTALLING BISTRO LIGHTS
IMPORTANT: Only mount Bistro Lights to a solid support structure such as joists, beams, studs or
other solid mounting surfaces. Guide wires in compliance with local electrical and building codes
may also be used.
1 - Carefully plan out your installation prior to mounting the Bistro lights—
keep in mind the distance to the nearest outlet
2 - Use the keyhole mounting tabs to hang the café lights and power
supply. Hardware options include screws, nails, zip ties, hooks and more
(not included).
3 - When all lights are mounted, place the cover firmly over the unused
receptacle at the end of the string.
4 - Plug the bistro lights into the GFCI outlet
OPERATION
Remove the back cover of the remote and insert 2 AAA batteries (included), noting polarity. Pair
the remote with your lights by pressing and holding the ON/OFF button within 8 seconds of the
lights being plugged in. The lights will blink when successfully paired. To unpair the remote, follow
the same process, but hold down the yellow button instead.
IMPORTANT: Do not mix old and new batteries. Keep remote indoors when not being used.
ON/OFF
Press the red ON/OFF button to activate and deactivate the lights.
Single Color
Find your favorite color and press the corresponding button to set all of the
café lights
Dual Color
Press “Color 1”, then select a color. Press “Color 2”, then select a color.
The colors will alternate between each bulb.
Dimming
Adjust between 10 dierent light levels—only available in single and dual color.
Strobe
The lights will strobe through all the colors in a random pattern.
Fade
The lights will slowly fade in and out through all colors in a random pattern.

WARNING: When using outdoors use portable luminaires, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, and
personal injury, including the following:
a) Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protection is to be provided on the circuit(s) or outlet(s) to be used for the wet location portable luminaire.
Receptacles are available having built-in GFCI protection and are able to be used for this measure of safety.
b) Use only with an extension cord for outdoor use, such as an extension cord of cord type SEW, SEOW, SEOOW, SOW, SOOW, STW, STOW, STOOW, SJEW,
SJEOW, SJEOOW, SJW, SJOW, SJOOW, SJTW, SJTOW, or SJTOOW.
WARNING: Keep these bags away from babies and children. Do not use in cribs, beds, carriages, or playpens. The thin film may cling to nose and mouth and
prevent breathing.
NOTE: Ensure the Café Light’s receptacle cover is firmly installed and well seated when not being used to connect additional strings.
Warranty Information: This Jasco product is warrantied for three (3) years with a limited-lifetime replacement warranty on Enbrighten LED light source only.
This product is intended (and/or designed) for horizontal hanging. Vertical hanging of the product can void the product warranty.
READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.
Do not mount or place near gas or electric heaters, fireplace, candles, barbeque grills or other similar sources of heat.
Do not secure the wiring of the product with staples or nails, or place on sharp hooks or nails. Do not let lamps rest on
the supply cord or on any wire. Do not use this product for other than its intended use. Do not hang ornaments or other
objects from cord, wire or light string. Do not close doors or windows on the product or extension cords as this may
damage the wire insulation. Do not cover the product with cloth, paper or any material not part of the product when in
use.
This product employs overload protection (fuse). A blown fuse indicates an overload or short-circuit situation. If the fuse
blows, unplug the product from the outlet. Also unplug any additional strings or products that may be attached to the
product. Replace the fuse as per the user servicing instructions (follow product marking for proper fuse rating) and check
the product. If the replacement fuse blows, a short-circuit may be present and the product should be discarded. Read and
follow all instructions that are on the product or provided with the product.
Replacing the Fuse:
a) Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling on cord.
b) Open fuse cover. Slide open fuse access cover on top of attachment plug towards blades.
c) Remove fuse carefully.
d) Risk of fire. Replace fuse on with 5 Amp, 125 V 3.6 x 10mm fast blow fuse (provided with product).
e) Close fuse cover. Slide closed the fuse access cover on top of attachment plug.
f) Risk of fire. Do not replace attachment plug. Contains a safety device (fuse) that should not be removed.
Discard product if the attachment plug is damaged.
• BATTERIES MAY LEAK HARMFUL LIQUIDS OR IGNITABLE MATERIALS
OR EXPLODE CAUSING INJURY AND PRODUCT DAMAGE.
• DO NOT MIX OLD AND NEW OR OTHER BATTERY TYPES.
• REPLACE ALL BATTERIES AT THE SAME TIME.
• REPLACE EXHAUSTED BATTERIES IMMEDIATELY.
• REMOVE BATTERIES IF PRODUCT IS TO BE UNUSED FOR EXTENDED
PERIODS OF TIME.

Color-Changing LED
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
TROUBLESHOOTING:
1- If one of the bulbs on your Enbrighten Bistro Lights doesn’t turn on, check to make sure that it is
securely connected by twisting the bulb’s collar into place. In the event that the bulb still doesn’t
turn on or has been damaged, you may acquire a replacement bulb (53689) on amazon.com,
byjasco.com or contact our US based customer care at 1-800-654-8483.
2- Before removing the malfunctioning bulb, ensure that your string lights are unplugged.
3- Twist the bulb’s collar in a clockwise fashion until the bulb is loose. Gently pull on the bulb to
remove it.
4- Connect the replacement bulb by carefully inserting the two connection pins. Carefully thread the
collar onto the bulb’s threads until secure.
NOTE: The bulb’s base and the connector has a keying feature that allows the bulb
and connector to be correctly assembled. Make sure the keying features are aligned.
5- Plug your Bistro lights into a 120V power source and ensure that they operate properly.
