Assembling & Using Your Product Unpack all components carefully. Please check to ensure all parts have been removed from the packaging. There some splashing may occur. Components: A B C D E Fountain Dual 2-Prong Light Connector Submersible Pump Transformer Basin Assembling: Place the fountain base on a smooth & level surface. 1 Remove the submersible pump (C) from its packaging and adjust the flow control to the lowest setting to avoid splashing during fountain assembly.
Assembling & Using Your Product (Cont’d) 3 Place the submersible pump (C) inside at the bottom of the basin (E) reservoir and make sure to run the pump’s cord through the tube tunnel inside the basin and out towards the bottom. Then, run the pump and light cords through the cutout holes on the side of the basin to avoid getting the cords caught on the floor. 4 Gently pour water into the basin (E), being careful not to overflow or cause splashing.
Assembling & Using Your Product (Cont’d) 5 Gently place the Fountain (A) on top of the basin (E), adjust accordingly until it sits tightly on top. (See diagram above) 6 Finally, plug the transformer (E) and submersible pump’s (C) cord into your local power supply. Make sure that there is no water around the transformer and to always keep the power source in a dry place (See diagram above). a. NOTE: We recommend that you use distilled water to prevent scale build-up.
Trouble Shooting & Caution If you have any questions and/or problems, please contact the retail store you purchased this fountain. • If your pump fails to run • • • • • Check the circuit breaker or try a different outlet to make sure the pump is receiving electrical power. Check the pump discharge and tubing for any kinks and/or obstructions Any buildup obstructing the water flow can be flushed with a garden hose Check the rotor by removing the front cover & plate to access the impellor area.
