ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 3/8" x 3/4" BUTTONHEAD SCREW 3/8" x 3/4" BUTTONHEAD SCREW Rack Assembly 1) Slip the plastic floor glides over the ends of the arched uprights. 2) Position each rectangular newspaper holder so the threaded hole in the center of one long side is on the bottom, next to the floor. Using the Allen wrench and the four 3/4” button head screws, attach the holders inside the arched uprights.
