ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Rack Assembly 1) Place the rack body on a firm, flat surface. Locate the hanging arms. At each long end of the rack body locate the two holes for connecting the hanging arms to the body. 2) Connect the lower ends of the hanging arms into the rack body by hooking these ends through the holes in the rack body.
