appliance, when installed, must be electrically grounded in accordance with local codes, or in the absence

of local codes with the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70, if applicable.

For installation in Canada - these instructions, while generally acceptable, do not necessarily comply

with the Canadian installation codes, particularly with piping above and below ground. In Canada the

installation of this appliance must comply with local codes and/or standard CAN/CGA B149.1 (installation

code for propane burning appliances and equipment).

Place Fire Glass WW CAUTION: Do NOT dump fire glass out of package. Carefully place fire glass by hand so dust does not clog burner. Push and turn control knob to (HIGH). Continue to hold the control knob in to light. 8. After the fire table lights, continue to hold the control knob in for 20 seconds to heat the thermocouple, a safety device that stops the gas flow when a firepit is not lit.

After three attempts, if ignition does not occur, turn the burner control knob to “ OFF.” 10. Wait 5 minutes, fan with a newspaper or magazine, and repea t lighting procedure. 11. If igniter does not light burner: a. Use a lit matchbook match secured with the lighting hook (included with the outdoor fire table) to light the lower burner. b.
