Power supply failure
• Configuration is retained in the HistoROM (EEPROM).
• Error messages (incl. value of operated hours counter) are stored.
Potential equalization
No special measures for potential equalization are required.
If the device is designed for hazardous areas, observe the information in the documentation "Safety
Instructions" (XA, ZD).

• A normal device cable suffices if only the analog signal is used.
• A shielded cable is recommended if using the HART protocol. Observe grounding concept of the plant.

Use a twisted, screened two-wire cable, preferably cable type A.

Endress+Hauser recommends using twisted, shielded two-wire cables.
