6.10 NR Menu
To enter NR menu, press button at MAIN menu-2 > NR.
NR Default Descriptions
NR MODE Y/C
Selects OFF, Y, C or Y/C which noise reduction is performed with.
Y LEVEL 006
Indicates the noise reduction strength for the luminance signal.
Higher value performs the stronger noise reduction and makes the image less
sharper. Due to the limitation of 2D NR, noise reduction may not be effective
enough.
C LEVEL 004
Indicates the noise reduction strength for the chrominance signal.
Higher value performs the stronger noise reduction and makes the image less
sharper. Due to the limitation of 2D NR, noise reduction may not be effective
enough.
