GARP Configuration Menu Screens
This chapter describes the Generic Attribute Registration Protocol (GARP) Configuration Menu
screen and the following screens that can be selected from its menu:
GARP Configuration screen (Section 8.2), which is used to enable/disable GARP VLAN
Registration Protocol (GVRP) and GARP Multicast Registration Protocol (GMRP) on the
switch and set each port to operate as a GVRP- and/or GMRP-aware port.
GMRP Configuration screen (Section 8.3), which is used to select individual ports, or all of the
ports, and apply one of four modes of operation according to, or regardless of, the multicast
address registration.
