LED Color Status

Green All fans are operating normally.

Red One or more fan failures have occurred. When the Enterasys Matrix N5 is

first powered up, the Fan Status LED will display red briefly, until the fans are

operating at the proper speed.

Caution: If the LED remains red, replace the fan assembly immediately. Otherwise, the

system will overheat and cause damage to the components in the chassis.

Precaución: Si observa que la lucecita roja no se apaga, cambie inmediatamente el

sistema de ventilación. Si no lo hace, el sistema se sobrecalentará y los componentes del

chasis se dañarán.
