98 Troubleshooting
176: C2 supply type error
The C2 retransfer film does not support an action requested by this print job.
Use a supply designed for this printer model.
Press the U
SER button on the printer to clear the message. On the PC, click Retry, or click Cancel
to cancel the card.
228: C1 printhead error
The printer has encountered a critical error. The card will be canceled.
1. Press the printer P
OWER button to power off the system.
2. Request service. The system must remain powered off.
Click OK on the PC to clear the message.
229: C2 heat sensor error
The C2 retransfer heat sensor has encountered a critical error. The card will be canceled.
1. Press the printer P
OWER button to power off the system.
2. Request service. The system must remain powered off.
Click OK on the PC to clear the message.
230: C2 heater error
The C2 retransfer heater has encountered a critical error. The card will be canceled.
