100 Troubleshooting
235: K2 transport card jam
The card did not reach the required position on the K2 vertical transport. The card will be
canceled.
1. Press the U
SER button to move the card into the reject tray and clear the error.
2. If the error occurs again, open the printer access door.
3. Press the K3 rear access door release to open the rear access door.
4. Turn the K2 manual advance knob counterclockwise to move the card until it is accessible.
5. Remove the card through the rear access door.
6. Close the printer access doors.
On the PC, click Retry, or click Cancel to cancel the card.
236: Flipper module rotate error
The flipper did not reach the required position.
1. Open the printer access door.
2. Press the K3 rear access door release to open the rear access door.
3. Reach in and rotate the flipper module until the card is accessible.
4. Remove the card through the rear access door.
5. Close the rear access door and then close the printer access door.
Press the U
SER button to clear the message. On the PC, click Retry, or click Cancel to cancel the
card.
237: C1 supply out or missing
The C1 ink ribbon is missing or out of material.
1. Open the printer access door and remove the C1 ink ribbon cartridge.
2. Replace the ink ribbon.
3. Replace the ink ribbon cartridge.
4. Close the printer access door.
Press the U
SER button on the printer to clear the message. On the PC, click OK, or click Cancel to
cancel the card.
