102 Troubleshooting
242: RT1 reject tray full
The reject tray is full.
1. Open the printer access door.
2. Remove the retransfer film cartridge.
3. Remove the rejected cards.
4. Replace the retransfer film cartridge.
5. Close the printer access door.
Press the U
SER button on the printer to clear the message. On the PC, click OK, or click Cancel to
cancel the card.
243: Card lost
A card that is expected to be in the printer is no longer present. The card will be canceled and
added to the Lost Cards count. Send the job to print again.
Press the U
SER button on the printer to clear the message. On the PC, click OK, or click Cancel to
cancel the card.
245: Configuration error
The configuration is not compatible with the printer model. The printer cannot print cards until
the configuration issue is corrected. Contact your service provider for assistance.
Click OK on the PC to clear the message.
275: Multi-hopper error
The multi-hopper has encountered a critical error. The card will be canceled.
1. Press the printer P
OWER button to power off the printer.
2. Press the P
OWER button again to power on the printer.
If the error occurs again, request service.
On the PC, click OK to clear the message.
276: Multi-hopper card jam
The multi-hopper did not move a card into the printer.
Press the U
SER button to clear the error. If a card was jammed, it is moved to the reject tray.
On the PC, click Retry, or click Cancel to cancel the card.
