8. Load the adhesive cleaning card in the H2 cartridge and close
the cartridge door (g).
If the cleaning card appears bowed, insert it as shown.
9. Lock the multi-hopper.
a. Rotate the center lock bar to the right to the lock position.
b. Slide the lock bar release button to the right to lock the lock bars into place.
c. Lock the multi-hopper door lock.
10. Continue with “Run the Adhesive Cleaning Card”.
Run the Adhesive Cleaning Card
Use the LCD menu system to run the adhesive cleaning card.
1. Begin when the printer displays Ready and the U
SER button
shows steady green. Press the U
SER button.
2. Suspended displays on line 1 of the LCD panel. Press E
NTER to
enter the menu system.
3. Maintenance displays on line 2 of the LCD panel. Press E
NTER
to enter the Maintenance menu.
4. Cleaning Card displays on line 2 of the LCD panel. Press E
NTER
to enter the Cleaning Card menu.
5. Isopropanol displays on line 2 of the LCD panel. Press the
down arrow.
Caution: Do not insert the adhesive cleaning card in
the exception slide of the multi-hopper.
