Job Status
You can monitor the status of individual passports within a job from the Job
Details tab. The Job Details tab has information about each passport in the
selected job. For more information, refer to “View Job Information” on page 29.
Other Status Reporting
Use the following for additional status information.
Status Bar
The status bar on the main interface has load status, production status, and
machine monitors that give visual indicators of job and machine states. For
more detailed information, refer to “Production Station Status Bar” on page 39.
Messages
Error, Warning, and Info messages appear at the bottom of the Production
screen. Click a message to see Extended Help. An example is shown below. The
filters allow you to choose the types of messages that display.
A list of all error messages is available by selecting Help > Error Messages.
Error messages are categorized by module and have unique message numbers.
The Administrator’s library includes a printable list of all error messages.
