Warranty
All products shall conform to the manufacturer's specifications and shall be free from defects in
design, materials and workmanship for six (6) months from date of shipment. VIG HEREBY
DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. VIG's standard warranty policy
covering any VIG products shall be NULL, VOID, AND OF NO EFFECT if the Purchaser or any third
party uses that product for any use other than the intended use of that product.
