The fan is thermostatically controlled
anditwillnotoperateiftheapplianceis
cold.Afewminutesaftertheappliance
is lit and the variable speed control is
set at a desired setting, the fan will
automatically turn on. The fan will
automaticallyturnoffaftertheappliance
hascooleddown.
The replace must be electrically
groundedinaccordancewithlocalcodes
or, in the absence of local codes, with
the current Canadian Electrical Code
CSA C22.1, or The National Electrical
Code ANSI / NFPA 70 in the US. This
appliancemustbeconnectedtoaline-
voltageelectricalsupply.
WARNING: The electrical grounding
instructions must be followed. The
fan kit is equipped with a three-prong
(grounding) plug for your protection
against shock hazard, and should
be plugged directly into a properly
grounded three-prong outlet. DO NOT
cutorremovethegroundingprongfrom
thisplug.
