Download the free WiZ app to a mobile device to monitor
real-time energy usage, schedule xture operation, set
a Circadian rhythm, track room usage, or dim the light
level. Set permissions for the administrator and separate
settings for users. You can also:
• Set up and connect instantly to Wi-Fi – no hubs or
extenders required.
• Group lights together or control them separately.
• Set lights to turn on/off, dim up/down, and tune
shades of white color based on day/time, or based on
ambient conditions.
• Monitor power usage remotely from the app.
• See high trafc areas and monitor activity in real time
via Bluetooth tracking.
• User privacy is protected via anonymous sign-in and
TLS 1.2 encrypted cloud connections. The WiZ API
requires safe authentication through OAuth 2.0.
Transparent and forced upgrades ensure that all WiZ
lights are up-to-date with the latest security patches.
• Each light has its own unique password, which makes
them collectively difcult to hack.

America via chat and email.

NOTE
As of May 2021, WiZ has observed pairing issues with
some higher-end TP-Link WiFi router models. WiZ is in
talks with Espressif on a possible x. Until then users are
advised to refrain from using such routers.

Motion Sensor
The WiZ wireless indoor sensor
sets your lights to turn on and off
according to motion detection.
Put it at the entrance or corridor
and trigger on your desired
light modes just by walking by,
set it to turn off or to minimum
brightness after you leave the
room. It controls all the lights in a room and has a motion
detection range of up to 3 meters. Set the sensor to
trigger different light modes during different times of the
day in the WiZ app (e.g. warm white in the evening or

The WiZmote lets you have quick and
easy control of your WiZ lights. Set the
lights to turn on/off, adjust brightness,
change to night light and choose from
4 favorite light modes just by pressing a
button. Works with all WiZ Connected
products and controls all lights in a room.
