INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please read carefully and save these instructions. Failure to do so may lead

to electrical shock or fire, which may cause injury or death.

CAUTION

WARNING – RISK OF FIRE: Turn off the main power at the circuit breaker

before installing the fixture or performing other maintenance in order to

prevent possible shock.

GENERAL

All electrical connections must be in accordance with local, and national

electrical codes.

Prior to installation remove all protective plastic film covering from the fixture.

Tools needed for installation: Phillips screwdriver, wire strippers, and

pliers.

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION 1. Remove the screw (A) near the access plate (B) located on the back of the fixture. 2. Punch out one of the knockouts (C) in the access plate (B). 3. Open the access plate (B) and thread the supply wires and fitting through the knockout (C). 4. Place the access plate (B) back onto the fixture and secure it with the screw (A) that was previously removed. [Fig. 1] 5. For wiring solutions, see the Fig. 2 & 3. NOTE: Use either a square or an octagonal outlet box cover depending on the shape of your outlet box. WIRING USING A CORD CONNECTION Fig. 3 CORD WITH PLUG (Fig. 3A): 1. 2. or or or 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Slide the fitting over the cord and secure the access plate onto the fitting. Use wire nuts to connect the cord wires from the power plug to the fixture wires from the access plate. Use the fitting to connect the cord to the access plate. Mount the receptacle to the outlet box cover.

MONTAJE E INSTALACION 1. Retire el tornillo (A) cerca de la placa de acceso (B) ubicada en la parte posterior del luminario. 2. Perfore una de las entradas (C) en la placa de acceso (B). 3. Abra la placa de acceso (B) y pase los cables de suministro y la conexión a través del agujero (C). 4. ASSEMBLAGE ET INSTALLATION 1. Retirez la vis (A) près de la plaque d'accès (B) située à l'arrière de le luminaire. [Fig. 1] 2. Découpez une des entrées (C) dans la plaque d'accès (B). [Fig. 1] 3. Ouvrez la plaque d’accès (B) et faites passer les câbles d’alimentation et le raccord à travers la entrée (C). 4.
