9. Troubleshooting
Errors Possible reasons Solution
Operating Improperly
Wireless printing failure, data
transferred but both indication
lights are off.
Power switch off, or after
150 seconds the printer has
switched off automatically.
Please check the power
Button.
Wireless printing failure, power is
on, but function light is off.
The distance is over the maximum
specified for wireless data
transfer.
Please use a shorter distance
between the devices
Wireless printing failure, the
function light is flashing and
continuous buzzer alarm is on.
Data transfer incomplete Re-print the data
Wireless printing does not work
The pairing between host device
and printer is not correct.
Make sure the host device uses the
correct Printer ID.
Compare Printer ID from self test
printout to ID used in Host device
Paper does not feed in when the
