The EPCOS quali ty poli cy s t i pulates that i t s QM s y s tem
mus t s atisfy the requi rements of the mos t demandi ng
i nternati onal s tandard sin any parti cular cas e . The com-
pany has therefore been certi f i ed worldwi de i n accor-
dance w i th I S O T S 16949:2002. The EPCOS QM s y s tem
is conti nuous ly moni tored and s y s temati cally developed
w i thi n the company. Zero tolerance of compromise i n
quali ty als o meansstri v i ng for ongoi ng i mprovement i n a
conti nuous process, whereas process control is the k ey
to business s uccess. It is the only way to ens ure products
