WARRANTY AND SERVICE
Epic-Connect (“Epic”) a division of J & C Group Incorporated provides the following warranty (In Wall
Surge Protector Limited) to the original consumer of in wall surge protectors sold under the Epic-Connect
brand name.

Epic-Connect ("Epic"), una división de J & C Group Incorporated, proporciona la siguiente garantía (In
Wall Surge Protector Limited) al consumidor original de los protectores contra sobretensiones en la pared
vendidos bajo la marca Epic-Connect.
Disposiciones aplicables a la garantía.
Esta garantía se aplica solo a los compradores naturales del protector contra sobretensiones de pared específico para uso personal, familiar
o doméstico, no a compradores comerciales, institucionales o industriales. Esta garantía es válida en los Estados Unidos de América y
Canadá.
ESTA GARANTÍA ESTÁ EN EL LUGAR DE TODAS LAS OTRAS GARANTÍAS EXPRESAS; LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS DE
ANDANY, INCLUIDAS PERO NO LIMITADAS, LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD Y APTITUD PARA UN
PROPÓSITO PARTICULAR, ESTÁN LIMITADAS A LA DURACIÓN DE ESTA GARANTÍA.
EXCEPTO LO DISPUESTO EN ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA (SI ES APLICABLE), EN NINGÚN CASO, EPIC SERÁ RESPONSABLE
POR CUALQUIER DAÑO DIRECTO, INDIRECTO, INCIDENTAL, ESPECIAL, CONSECUENTE O MÚLTIPLE * QUE SURJA DEL USO DE
LA CONEXIÓN DE WALL EN WALL STRIVE.
Garantía limitada contra sobretensiones (producto)
Epic-Connect / J&C Group Inc. garantiza al consumidor original que el protector contra sobretensiones en la pared estará libre de defectos
en los materiales y la mano de obra durante el uso normal durante su vida útil, lo que significa que hasta que el protector contra sobreten-
siones haya excedido su capacidad de protección contra sobretensiones y picos.

This warranty applies only to natural purchasers of the specific in-wall surge protector for personal, family or household use, not to commer-
cial, institutional or industrial purchasers. This warranty is valid in the United States of America and Canada.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES; AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO
THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY (IF APPLICABLE), IN NO EVENT SHALL EPIC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR MULTIPLE DAMAGES* ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE EPIC CON-
NECT IN WALL SURGE PROTECTOR.
Surge Protector (Product) Limited Warranty
Epic-Connect / J&C Group Inc. warrants to the original consumer that the in-wall surge protector will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship under normal use for its lifetime, which means until the surge protector has exceeded its capacity to protect against surges and
spikes. THE “PROTECTION WORKING” LED INDICATOR LIGHT WILL NO LONGER BE LIT WHEN THIS CAPACITY IS EXCEEDED.
This warranty does not cover damages (a) as a result of an Occurrence (as defined below); (b) as a result of an accident; (c) by the use of
parts not manufactured or sold by Epic-Connect; or (d) by modification of the surge protector. After any repair or modification of the surge
protector by a facility not authorized by Epic-Connect / J&C Group Inc any problems that arise will not be remedied under this warranty.
To make a warranty claim, consumer must contact the Epic customer service department and provide a full description of the damage. The
customer service department will provide the consumer with a Return Authorization number (RA#). Epic will determine, at its sole discretion,
whether consumer should send the damaged surge protector to Epic. If Epic so requests, the consumer must, at his/her own expense, send
the damaged surge protector, along with a copy of the sales receipt, to the specified location, in secure packaging (to prevent further
damage) with the RA# clearly displayed on the outside of the package, and with a full written description of the problem, including the
consumer’s name, address, and daytime phone enclosed. Epic Connect also reserves the right to examine the site where the damage
occurred.
If the in-wall surge protector is covered under the Surge Protector Limited Warranty, Epic will, at its sole discretion, at no cost to the consum-
er, repair or replace defective surge protector parts, or replace the entire surge protector.

Esta garantía no cubre daños (a) como resultado de un suceso (como se define a continuación); (b) como resultado de un accidente; (c) por
el uso de piezas no fabricadas o vendidas por Epic-Connect; o (d) por modificación del protector contra sobretensiones. Después de cualqui-
er reparación o modificación del protector contra sobrecargas por una instalación no autorizada por Epic-Connect / J&C Group Inc.
Los problemas que surjan no serán remediados bajo esta garantía.
Para realizar una reclamación de garantía, el consumidor debe comunicarse con el departamento de servicio al cliente de Epic y proporcio-
nar una descripción completa de los daños. El departamento de servicio al cliente proporcionará al consumidor un número de Autorización
de Devolución (RA #). Epic determinará, a su exclusivo criterio, si el consumidor debe enviar el protector contra sobretensiones dañado a
Epic. Si Epic lo solicita, el consumidor debe, a su propio cargo, enviar el protector contra sobretensiones dañado, junto con una copia del
recibo de compra, a la ubicación especificada, en un embalaje seguro (para evitar más daños) con el RA # claramente se muestra en la
parte exterior del paquete y con una descripción escrita completa del problema, incluido el nombre del consumidor, la dirección y el teléfono
que se adjunta durante el día. Epic Connect también se reserva el derecho de examinar el sitio donde ocurrió el daño.
Si el protector contra sobretensiones en la pared está cubierto por la Garantía limitada de protector contra sobretensiones, Epic, a su entera
discreción, sin costo para el consumidor, reparará o reemplazará las piezas defectuosas del protector contra sobretensiones, o reemplazará
todo el protector contra sobretensiones.
