Do not use this device for other than its intended purpose.
Exercise caution and use reasonable supervision when device is used near children. Never
allow children to operate or play with unit.
Intended for household use only.
Locate the unit away from direct flames and other sources of heat (stove, heater, radiator,
etc).
Do not immerse in water or other liquids. Avoid locating the unit in moist areas.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
To use the keychain breath tester, press the button to turn on and allow approximately 10 seconds
for unit to start up. When the indicator light is green, the unit is ready to begin testing. Blow into the
opening in the unit for several seconds. An indicator light will come on letting you know your
approximate BAC range.
Colored lights indicate blood alcohol content:
Green Light (Safe): <0.05% BAC (or 0.25mg/L BRAC)
Orange Light (Alarm): between 0.05% and 0.08% BAC (or 0.25 mg/L BRAC and
0.40mg/L BRAC)
Red Light (Danger): >0.08% BAC (or 0.40mg/L BRAC)
Recharge unit: When the indicator lights become too dim, the unit needs to be recharged. Insert one
end of standard USB cable into the unit and plug the other end into computer or wall outlet for
approximately 2.5 hours. When unit is recharging, charge indicator is shining orange. Indicator light
will be green when the recharge process is complete. USB cable not included.
TIP: For the most accurate reading, it is best to wait 20 minutes after consuming your last alcoholic
drink before using the tester. Any alcohol that is left in your mouth is more highly concentrated
