When you press the shutter button part way down to focus
the camera, the camera shows the exposure settings at the top
of the LCD screen.
You can change the automatic exposure value to have the
camera select a lighter or darker range for your picture with a
slower or faster shutter speed. (See page 5-2.)
Adjusting the Sensitivity Setting
With the PhotoPC 3000Z’s high
sensitivity settings, you can take
pictures of fast-moving subjects, or
indoor or low light pictures without a
flash. You can set the sensitivity from
the camera’s standard ISO equivalent
of 100 to an ISO equivalent of 200 or
400.
The arrow icons below
ISO
indicate the sensitivity setting:
The standard setting is equivalent to ISO 100. This
is the recommended setting for most pictures.
The high sensitivity setting is equivalent to
ISO 200.
The super high sensitivity setting is equivalent to
ISO 400.
NOTE
Image quality is lower when you use high sensitivity settings.
