Power Supply
Problem
Solution
Power is not being
supplied.
The
POWER
light does
not go on.
The power cable may be loose or not
properly plugged into the electrical outlet.
Turn off the printer, see that the power
cable is properly plugged in to the electrical
outlet, and turn the printer back on.
The power switch is off. Turn on the
switch.
Power is not being supplied to the electrical
outlet. Plug another electrical device into
the outlet to determine whether the outlet
is operating properly. If the electrical outlet
is controlled by a switch, use an electrical
outlet that is not controlled by an outside
switch.
