Comments:
Duplicates the SO command.

Turn Double-wide Mode On/Off

Comments:
Doubles the width of all characters.
The following values can be used for n:
1: Turns mode on.
0: Turns mode off.

Comments:
Cancels double-wide mode selected by SO or ESC SO, but not
double-wide mode selected by ESC W or ESC !.
