Total control – from capture
to print
The digital format has
revolutionised photography, but
the thrill of watching your photos
emerge from your printer is just as
rewarding as it was in your
darkroom. However, now you can
experience the same emotions,
but in the daylight.
Once connected to your computer
you can perfect your images using
on-screen photo editing software
including EPSON PhotoQuicker, an
easy print layout tool. The digital
format also lets you store your
photos safely on your computer
and print as many copies as you
like, when you like, in a huge
variety of formats.
With EPSON, make a seamless
transition into the digital world,
and bring your back catalogue
along too. With an EPSON scanner
such as the EPSON Perfection 4870
Photo, scan, edit and even restore
old film and photos. Whether
originals were captured on film or
digital camera, the EPSON Stylus
Photo R800 produces superb
results, and you can even print
directly onto CD faces and create
truly personalised archives.
Perfect results – Matte and Gloss
EPSON’s dedication to satisfying
photo experts is underlined by
the development of EPSON Gloss
Optimizer technology. This is a fine
tuning tool designed for optimising
highly durable gloss pigment ink
prints. The photographic result is
a smooth and even gloss finish,
comparable to silver halide, but
with a longer lifetime.
Also, the finest results are achieved
on both Matte or Gloss media,
because the printer features two
different blacks that optimise
performance for each, automatically
applied by the driver when you
select paper type. Of course, the
ability to replace each individual
cartridge also maximises cost
efficiency.
