2.2.5 Paper Feed Mechanism
This mechanism consists of paper feed motor (PF motor), paper feed gears, platen, rear
paper end detector, bottom paper end detector and push tractor unit. (Refer to Figure
2-2.)


Auto loading
When loading paper manually, push paper between the platen and the driven paper
load roller. Paper will be loaded automatically.
PF MOTOR
LQ-300+ uses stepping motor for PF motor. Open loop control switches the phases
according to the setting period and this mechanism loads and carries paper to the
appointed position and eject paper.
