Inserting SlMMs
Follow these steps to install SIMMs:
1. Refer to the illustration on page 4-3 to locate the SIMM
sockets near the front of the computer.
2. Remove any option cards that may be blocking your access to
the SIMM sockets. See page 4-18 for instructions.
3. Position the SIMM over the socket at an angle, as shown
below. The components on the SIMM should face the
outside of the computer. (A plastic tab on the socket
prevents you from putting the SIMM in backward.)
