computer
can
use
any
SIMM
that
complies
with
industry
standards;
however,
it
is
best
to
use
SIMMs
recommended
or
supplied
by
EPSON
to
ensure
reliability
and
compatibility.
Inserting SlMMs
Follow
these
steps
to
install
SIMMs:
1.
Refer
to
the
illustration
on
page
4-3
to
locate
the
SIMM
sockets
near
the
front
of
the
computer.
2.
Remove
any
option
card
that
may
be
blocking
your
access
to
the
SIMM
sockets.
See
page
4-16
for
instructions.
3.
Position
the
SIMM
over
the
socket
at
an
angle,
as
shown
below.
The
components
on
the
SIMM
should
face
the
outside
of
the
computer.
