Turn

the

hard

disk

drive

so

the

components

face

up

and

the

connectors

face

left.

Then

place

the

mounting

plate

on

the

hard

disk

drive

and

align

the

four

holes

in

the

plate

with

the

four

holes

in

the

drive,

as

shown

below.

The

bracket

on

the

mounting

plate

should

be

on

the

opposite

side

of

the

connector

end

of

the

drive.

3.

Use

the

screws

that

came

with

the

hard

disk

drive

(or

with

your

computer)

to

secure

the

mounting

plate

to

the

drive.
