Turn Double-high Mode On/Off

Comments:
Doubles the height of all characters.
The following values can be used for n:
1: Turns mode on.
0: Turns mode off.
You may need to adjust line spacing to compensate for the height
of these characters.
Cannot be used with the pull tractor.
