Printer Does Not Work
Problem Possible Causes What to Do
Check that printer cables
is properly connected on
both ends.
Printer not plugged in.
Check that the host or
power supply is getting
power.
Tray not fully
closed.
Close the tray.
Printer Does Not
Function When Turned
On.
The power supply
voltage is higher than
26.8V.
Adjust the power supply
output voltage to 24V +/-
5%.
