Heart rate zones
You can check your heart rate zone using the product’s LEDs. Settings can be adjusted via PULSENSE View to
determine when the LEDs illuminate.

- Your initial heart rate zones are calculated by your profile data.
- When wearing the PS-500 overnight, the heart rate zones will be adjusted according to your resting
heart rate.
