DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY Disassembly 53
 Reinstalling "Clutch"
 Make sure that the dowel of "Shaft, LD Roller" is fitted in
the installing hole of "Clutch".
 Make sure that "Extension Spring, 0.143" is securely set on
the hooks of "Clutch" and "Shaft, LD Roller".
 Do not set "Extension Spring, 0.143" in twisted form.
 Make sure that "Clutch" rotates correctly.
 Reinstalling "Shaft, LD Roller"
 Do not touch "LD Roller".
 Check if the straight part of "Torsion Spring, 137.7" is set
between the 2 cams of "Shaft, LD Roller".

Make sure that the straight part of "Torsion
Spring, 137.7" is set between the two cams.
LD Roller
 Reinstalling "Holder, Shaft Assy."
 Check if the hooks (x2), the dowel and the ribs (x5) of
"Holder, Shaft Assy." are correctly secured.
 Check if the connector cable of "PE Sensor" and "Cable,
Head" are installed at the correct position of "Holder, Shaft
Assy.".
 Do not touch "LD Roller".
 Do not damage the teeth of "Spur Gear, 36.8" and
"Combination Gear, 27.2, 19.2".

R E Q U I R E D
 When having replaced "Shaft, LD Roller", apply G-46 grease to
the specified points in adequate dose. (Refer to Chapter 4
"MAINTENANCE")
 When having replaced or removed "Holder, Shaft Assy.",
implement the following adjustment. (Refer to Chapter 3
"ADJUSTMENT")
 First Dot Adjustment
