Note: To prevent dust from accumulating inside the printer, always keep the roll paper cover closed
unless you are loading or unloading media.

Cut Sheet Handling
You can load a variety of types and sizes of cut sheet paper in your product.
Loading Cut Sheets
Loading Thick or Large Cut Sheets (Poster Board)

Loading Cut Sheets
Always load cut sheet paper in portrait orientation (short edge first). You can load most photo and fine art
sheet papers up to .02 inches (0.5 mm) thick.
Note: Remove any loaded paper, including roll paper, before you load cut sheet paper or poster board.
1. Close the roll paper cover, if necessary.
2. Select the paper information area on the LCD screen.
3. Select Cut Sheet.
4. Open the cut sheet cover.
